ExeNova's core mechanic is a refundable accountability deposit. Your 45% deposit is not returned in a single lump sum — it is refunded in three equal tranches across the 90-day pod, based on your Accountability Score at each checkpoint.
Refund checkpoints:
Each checkpoint is evaluated independently. You can qualify for any subset of the three tranches.
Your Accountability Score is an AI-generated rolling average of your weekly check-in responses, scored 0–100. Any non-empty check-in answer scores at least 40. The only way to score below 50 is to skip multiple check-ins entirely. Consistent responses that show genuine effort will keep you above all three thresholds.
If you are inactive for 20+ days:
If you leave a pod voluntarily before Day 90, any remaining unreleased deposit tranches are forfeited. Tranches already refunded at Day 30 or Day 60 checkpoints are yours to keep. Early departures are not eligible for the remaining tranches — this is a core part of the accountability mechanic you agreed to on joining.
You have up to 5 freeze days per pod. While frozen, inactivity penalties are paused. Freeze days can be activated from your pod dashboard. Freeze days do not extend the 90-day pod duration.
The 45% creator fee is non-refundable once paid. Exceptions may be made at our discretion if a creator fails to deliver a pod as described (e.g., deletes the pod within the first 7 days). Contact us at hello@exenova.app to dispute a charge.
Payments for locked insights are non-refundable once the content has been unlocked and accessed.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your pod and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. Contact hello@exenova.app with details.
