How It Works

Launch your pod

Set your mission, price ($50–$2,000), and member slots. Your pod goes live in 60 seconds.

Step 02

Both sides commit

Members pay via Stripe. Their 45% deposit is locked for 90 days. Your 45% creator fee goes into escrow — released in 3 tranches as you show up.

Earn as you lead

Your fee releases in thirds: 15% on launch, 15% at day 30, 15% at day 90 — each gated by your activity. Members who go inactive forfeit their deposit to those who stayed.

Active members get their full deposit refunded. You collect your final tranche. Both sides kept their word — that's the ExeNova contract.
