Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ExeNova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

ExeNova is a platform that enables creators to run 90-day accountability pods. Members pay to join pods, with 45% of their payment held as a refundable accountability deposit. ExeNova facilitates payments but is not a party to the pod agreement between creators and members.

3. Accountability Deposits

By joining a pod, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • 45% of your membership payment is held as an accountability deposit for 90 days
  • Your deposit is refunded in full upon completing the pod with sufficient activity
  • Inactivity penalties (10% of deposit, minimum $5) apply after 20 days of inactivity
  • Penalties are non-refundable and distributed to active members and the platform
  • Deposits are not refunded for early departures or voluntary withdrawals

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators who launch pods agree to: maintain an active pod for the 90-day duration, deliver on the mission stated in the pod description, not misrepresent their pod's content or outcomes, and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. ExeNova takes a 10% platform fee from all pod memberships. Creator fees (45%) are paid out subject to Stripe Connect terms and creator account verification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use ExeNova to: post illegal content, harass or abuse other members, run fraudulent pods, manipulate the activity system, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deposits held at the time of termination for cause are forfeited. Termination without cause will result in pro-rata deposit refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExeNova is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExeNova shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
